Heritage House Rental
Please note, decorating, set up, party and tear down/check out must be done within the timeframe listed.
- MORNING: Check in 9:00 AM – Check out 12:00 PM $450
- MIDDAY: Check in 1:00 PM – Check out 4:00 PM $450
- EVENING: Check in 5:00 PM – Check out 9:00 PM $600
- ADD TIME TO ANY TIMESLOT $100/hour
- A $100 nonrefundable deposit will secure the date for use of Heritage House Event Room

2-Day Package:
- $3000 5:00 – 9:00 PM day prior to wedding AND
- 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM day of wedding
1-Day Package:
- $1700 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM day of wedding
1/2-Day Package:
- $1000 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR
- 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Additional Services:
- $50 2nd set up flipping room for ceremony to reception
- $200 use of upstairs Bridal Room (full bathroom and shower)
