Heritage House Rental

Please note, decorating, set up, party and tear down/check out must be done within the timeframe listed. 

  • MORNING: Check in 9:00 AM – Check out 12:00 PM $450
  • MIDDAY: Check in 1:00 PM – Check out 4:00 PM $450
  • EVENING: Check in 5:00 PM – Check out 9:00 PM $600
  • ADD TIME TO ANY TIMESLOT $100/hour
  • A $100 nonrefundable deposit will secure the date for use of Heritage House Event Room

Weddings

2-Day Package:

  • $3000 5:00 – 9:00 PM day prior to wedding AND
  • 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM day of wedding

1-Day Package:

  • $1700 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM day of wedding

1/2-Day Package:

  • $1000 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR
  • 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Prices include:

  • 1400 sq ft event room

  • 1 set up and tear down (tables and chairs included)

  • Tax included in original price

  • 3% credit card fee if paid by card

Additional Services:

  • $50 2nd set up flipping room for ceremony to reception
  • $200 use of upstairs Bridal Room (full bathroom and shower)
  • $10 per table cloth rental (white or black)
  • $100 Outdoor set up

A $200 non-refundable wedding rental deposit will secure the Heritage House for your wedding.
